Bai Long Battery, originally constructed during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, is located adjacent to the Beibu Gulf. The battery primarily consists of four batteries: Bai Long Tai, Gen Keng Tai, Long Zhen Tai, and Long Xiang Tai. Each battery features a military-style stone entrance, and upon ascending the steps at the main gate and walking inside, one can observe the barracks where soldiers once lived, ammunition storage facilities, bullet holes, and hidden ammunition caves. From the vantage point of the battery’s higher ground, one can appreciate the solemn grandeur of the ancient battery and gaze upon the expansive beauty of the sea’s horizon.
