Baima Lake Scenic Area is located in the southern part of the High-Tech Zone (Binjiang) on the south bank of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou, west to Changjiang Road, north to Baima Lake Road, east to the district boundary, and south to Fujia Village and Tangzha Weir, covering a total area of 1.3 square kilometers. Adhering to the priority green development concept, Baima Lake is one of the larger water-friendly parks in Binjiang District. The China International Cartoon and Animation Festival and the China Hangzhou International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo are held annually by the lakeside, attracting millions of tourists. Open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
