Baisha Village is located in the northwest corner of Lin’an City, at the northern end of Taihu Yuan Town, and is the source of the Taihu River system, 70 kilometers away from Hangzhou. The village is characterized by its ten-mile long valley, with undulating peaks on both sides, rapid streams, and clear waters revealing the stones beneath. Walking through the village, one can experience the exquisite atmosphere where ‘the village is within the scenery, and the scenery is within the village, with every step revealing a new view, and the scenery changes with each step.’

The main specialties of the village include wild bamboo shoots, tea leaves, and wild small walnuts, along with local green vegetables. In Baisha Village, visitors can enjoy mountain farmhouse accommodation and local produce dining, and participate in interesting rural activities such as tea picking, bamboo shoot digging, zongzi wrapping, and straw shoe making, making it an ideal destination for tourists and summer vacationers from big cities. The village is open all year round, 24 hours a day, with specific business hours subject to the daily opening status.
