Baishamen Park, located in the northern part of Haidan Island, holds many childhood memories for the local people. The park features amusement rides such as Ferris wheels, roller coasters, and pirate ships, as well as a gentle coastline and fine sandy beaches. Every weekend, numerous citizens bring their children here for leisure and entertainment.
The park is divided into four major tourist theme areas: Haikou Annals, Joyful Ocean, Sunset Coast, and Urban Station, which include ‘Baishamen Children’s Amusement Park’, ‘Pottery Sculpture Interpreting Mazu Culture’, and ‘Baishamen Park Tennis Court’. Baishakeng Park also boasts a pastoral ecological wetland area with a complete water system, small sandbars in the water, and distinctive wooden bridges connecting sections, offering visitors a taste of pastoral pleasure. The park is open all year round from 09:00 to 18:00.
