Formerly the Eighth Cotton Textile Mill. The mill was planned and constructed in 1919 (formerly known as Great China Textile Mill and Huafeng Textile Mill). Various buildings constructed in different historical periods of the original factory are still preserved. The park is invested and built by Shanghai Textile Holding (Group) and Shanghai Hongfang Culture Development Co., Ltd. It is a fashionable LOFT creative industrial park with the theme of ‘cultural industry’. There are cultural and artistic training institutions, office and business exhibitions, leisure and entertainment catering, artist studios, etc.
