Banbidian Forest Park is located 35 kilometers from the city center and spans an area of 180 hectares. It is renowned for its pastoral scenery. The park is filled with the fragrance of plants and fresh air. Characterized by its artificial forests, it boasts 3,000 acres of lush greenery. Dense forests, fresh air, inscribed stone monuments, quiet and cool paths, and comfortable surroundings make it a delightful experience. The park extensively plants species such as poplar, locust, and pine trees, forming extensive forests. In some areas, mulberry, willow, cypress, cedar, apple, hawthorn, and pear trees are also planted, with more than 20 different species of trees present. Paths and stone bridges paved with bricks and stones are provided for visitors and vehicles. The park includes a hunting ground, cypress garden, forest maze, forest bar, deer farm, tea stalls, and kiosks, with numerous stone tables and benches for visitors to rest. The hunting ground is home to sika deer, roe deer, pheasants, and rabbits. Particularly during the summer, the park offers a cool breeze, dense shade, and winding paths. It is open every day from January 1st to December 31st, from 08:00 to 20:00.
