Bao Shou An Temple, constructed during the late Ming Dynasty by the wife and daughter of Minister Huang Jin for their monastic life, was renovated during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It features a traditional quadrangle structure, with the temple gate at the front, the Guanyin Hall and monks’ quarters on the left and right, the ancestral hall at the back, and the Mahavira Hall in the center.
