Baojing Palace International Tourism Resort

Baojing Palace is located in the Yanziyai Mountains southwest of Yingde City, comprising scenic spots such as Baojing Palace Cave, Bili Lake, Biluo Cave, and Lion Mountain. The cave is the main attraction here, with its peculiarly shaped stalactites appearing exceptionally charming under the illumination of landscape lights, earning it the title of ‘The First Cave Heaven of Lingnan’. Baojing Palace has a long history, featuring historical and cultural landscapes such as Tongtian Cave cliff inscriptions, modern cliff inscriptions of Baojing Palace, a 100,000-year-old Paleolithic site, Biluo Cave Taoist temple site spanning a thousand years, and Qing Dynasty residential buildings in Laodiwan.
Within the scenic area, there are various activities available for visitors to enjoy, including Dragon Bungee Jumping, Heavenly Palace Glass Bridge, Tianshan Forest Coaster, Swan Lake Zipline, Lion Mountain Ladder, Stone Calligraphy Photography Exhibition, Agricultural Exhibition Hall, and Four Seasons Flower Sea. Upon arriving at the scenic area, even before entering the ‘Palace’ gate, the scenery is captivating: surrounded by mountains on three sides, the tranquil Baojing Lake reflects the mountain colors, with several lush solitary hills scattered around the lake, a winding wooden bridge connecting the pavilions in the lake, and boats drifting on the lake, presenting a naturally beautiful scene.
Baojing Palace Cave has three open levels for visitors to explore. Climbing to the second and third levels requires ascending hundreds of stone steps, giving a unique sensation of mountain climbing within the cave, which is quite interesting. The cave features both grand and resplendent halls and labyrinth-like passages, with multi-layered caves interconnected, each with its unique features, making one layer more impressive than the previous. Inside the cave, stalagmites and columns stand tall, stone flowers and curtains display a variety of shapes, and stalactites are exquisitely transparent, colorful and diverse, some resembling flora and fauna, others like flying birds and walking beasts, presenting a unique view. The cave walls also preserve over 120 cliff inscriptions with profound historical significance.
