Baoshan Park, named after Bao Shuya, a figure from the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, is believed to have been his place of residence and burial. In the 1990s, through the greening efforts of the Jigang people, it was transformed into a park and has been open to the public all year round, with full-day access.
