Introducing Kang Lei and Chen Zijun, two female artists who capture the essence of blues from the north and south. Their artwork paints a sense of long-lost happiness with the use of blue hues, mimicking the natural growth and richness of the color. Whether light or heavy, they embrace the image with blue, turning it into blue flowers and even a blue humanity.
The entire landscape is steeped in a blue dream, where even melancholy finds a voice. Their distinctive use of color imbues the painting with an emotional warmth. Lines become caresses, brushstrokes delve into the shadows of time, and memories are awakened by the whispers of silhouettes. Ancient love dances within the canvas.
In this blue world, flowers and birds, people and trees, engage in their initial conversations and grow vigorously from the mottled shadows. The exhibition runs from September 28th to November 8th, with business hours varying depending on the day’s conditions.
