Beijing Enamel Factory Co., Ltd., originally known as Beijing Enamel Factory, is a professional enterprise in the production and operation of cloisonné, which is also a base for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. The company’s main product is the ‘Jingfa’ brand cloisonné. In 1978, to facilitate visits and shopping by foreign guests and overseas Chinese, the company established a foreign guest service department.
In the early 1990s, with the rise of China’s tourism industry, the company launched industrial tourism and expanded the scale of its merchandise department year by year. Currently, there are four exhibition halls with a business area of over 2,000 square meters, offering more than 2,000 types of cloisonné crafts with various shapes and complete specifications. A significant portion of these are new and high-quality products designed by masters that have never been marketed outside the company, and they possess high artistic and cultural value as well as collectible value.
The cloisonné art exhibition hall established by the company serves as a window for displaying cloisonné art in China. Its purpose is to promote the traditional culture and art of the Chinese nation and to showcase the authenticity, refinement, and uniqueness of ‘Jingfa’ brand cloisonné products to domestic and foreign guests. It brings together the classic works of ‘Jingfa’ brand cloisonné over the past few decades, allowing tourists from home and abroad to truly enjoy the charm of cloisonné art.
