Huode Zhenjun Temple is commonly known as Huoshen Temple. Huoshen Temple worships the god of fire virtue. Huode Zhenjun Temple faces south and has three courtyards. There is an archway inside and outside the east-facing mountain gate. There is a flagpole outside the mountain gate. Inside the mountain gate, there are bell and drum towers. The mountain gate has three rooms. The front hall is the hall of the spirit official, with three rooms in width.


The second-floor hall has three rooms in width. The east and west side buildings are two stories high. There is a pavilion behind the hall, from which one can see Shichahai. Huode Zhenjun Temple is relatively large in scale and has a long history among many Huoshen Temples in Beijing. Huoshen Temple is the lower courtyard of Baiyun Temple, the ancestral court of the Quanzhen School of Taoism. It is a major protected cultural relic in Beijing.
