Bihai Silk Road Grand Theater is situated in the Tian Tian Performing Arts Island of Beihai Garden Expo Park. Drawing inspiration from a marine creature, the sea urchin, the theater’s exterior design concept is both unique and captivating. Its architectural shape mirrors that of a sea urchin, and it serves primarily as a venue for large-scale program performances and conferences.
The exterior structure of the theater is adorned with 1120 LED lights, which are vibrant and rich in color. These lights are capable of creating a dynamic display, combining motion with stillness and fast with slow, thereby echoing the illuminated ambiance of the other buildings within the park at night. This not only enhances but also beautifies the insomniac harbor, transforming it into a golden crown that shines radiantly against the night sky.
