Bingyutang, located in Shatou Village, Jun’an Town, is known as a place in the Pearl River Delta region that witnesses the history of self-combing women. Bingyutang covers an area of 1000 square meters and is a two-story building. The first floor was the place where self-combing women gathered and placed the shrines of self-combing women in the past. The second floor was the bedroom of self-combing women in the past.
Now, handicrafts, accessories, certificates and other items of self-combing women in those days are displayed for citizens to visit. Although Bingyutang, which records the cultural history of self-combing women in Shunde, has become a museum, most of the self-combing women who return to their hometowns have no relatives, so they still occasionally invite good friends to play mahjong and chat in Bingyutang.Opening hours: open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
