Binhai Water Sports Resort is located in the Huandong Sea area of Tong’an District, which boasts a unique geographical environment with a long coastline. The government has utilized the coastal scenery to create a pleasant vacation spot. In 2016, the construction of the Binhai Tourism Romantic Line began. Currently, the first and second phases, totaling approximately 25.3 kilometers, have been completed and are open to the public.
The Binhai Tourism Romantic Line spans through Jimei, Tong’an, and Xiang’an, serving not only as a new landmark for Xiamen’s coastal tourism but also enhancing the carrying capacity and attractiveness of the Huandong Sea New City. At present, the third phase of the Binhai Tourism Romantic Line is under accelerated construction. Once fully completed, it will cover most of the coastline of the Huandong Sea New City, providing a broader range of outdoor activities and sports facilities.

The Romantic Line, nestled in the inner bay of Xiamen, Tong’an Bay, features extensive beaches, a 46-kilometer rainbow track, and a wealth of sports and leisure public facilities.
