Binri Tower, also known as Wangri Tower, is located on the east side of Sugong Temple within the Penglai Pavilion scenic area. It was built during the Song Dynasty and is an octagonal double-layered brick and wood structure pavilion-style building. The tower has an octagonal shape, with the southern side integrated with the Lvzudi Hall. The first floor features an exterior bright corridor, and there is a wooden staircase spiraling upwards inside the tower. On the second floor, there are eight round windows, providing an extremely broad view, allowing one to observe the scenery from all directions and enjoy the breeze from all sides. It is an ideal place to watch the sunrise over the sea. The tower is open throughout the year from 08:00 to 17:00. For specific opening times, please consult the scenic area.
