Biyu Cave scenic area is located in the eastern part of Xiqiao Mountain, adjacent to Xiqiao Town. It takes about five minutes from the mountain climbing avenue archway to reach the cultural and entertainment square, from where you enter the Biyu Cave scenic area. The attractions include Biyu Cave, Yuyan Pearl Waterfall, Monument, and Dongtian Lake. Biyu Cave is a peak-to-peak canyon running from east to west, with steep cliffs on both sides, a variety of trees, strange rocks piled up at the bottom of the valley, creating a dark and secluded environment with a rugged path. During the Longqing period of the Ming Dynasty, Huo Tao’s great-grandson Huo Shangshou built the Biyu Study Room and studied here. At the entrance of the cave, there are Shuiyuan Rock, Yuhu Lake, and Zhizhu Stone. Under the Zhizhu Stone is an open large rock cave, which requires climbing ladders to ascend, leading to Changpu Stream where the spring water flows like an ancient zither. Passing through the Xiuxian Bridge, you will see several large rocks, and by climbing the steps, you can reach the valley bottom where you will find the Yuyan Pearl Waterfall. The scenic area is open all year round, 24 hours a day, with specific business status subject to the daily opening conditions.
