Black Sesame Hutong, nestled in the northwest corner of the area, stretches from east to west. It begins at Nanluoguxiang in the east and extends to Nanxiawazi Hutong in the west. The hutong is bordered by Shajing Hutong to the south and Qian Gulouyuan Hutong to the north.
Of particular historical interest is the No. 13 courtyard within this hutong, which serves as the residence of Kui Jun, a minister of the Imperial Household Department during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. This is a unique building that also features a garden.
The hutong is open to visitors all day long, every day, from January 1st to December 31st.
