The musical ‘Chicago,’ adapted from a true story, was brought to the stage in 1975 by the ‘master of musicals,’ Bob Fosse. Set in the dazzling and decadent atmosphere of the 1920s, the story revolves around housewife and nightclub dancer Roxie Hart, who murders her lover after he threatens to leave her. To avoid conviction, she hires Chicago’s most cunning criminal lawyer, who manipulates the public, media, and her rival cellmate Velma Kelly, turning her crime into a series of sensational headlines and ultimately helping her escape the death penalty and become a celebrity of the era.
Showtimes are from December 12th to December 15th, with each performance lasting approximately 140 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission. Please note that the schedule is subject to change on-site.
