Cangyun Stream Scenic Area is located to the north of Dule Road by the Duhu Lake and connects to the lotus pond in the Lianhuayuan to the south. It is surrounded by lush mountains on both the east and west sides. The stream is 1.5 kilometers long and is said to be a shortcut found by Sun Quan of the Eastern Wu for his mother, the Lady of Wu, to conveniently travel to Wulei Mountain for worship.
The scenic area is characterized by its meandering stream, the错落有致的 stones, and the towering peculiar trees, highlighting the four major features of ‘secluded valley, clear stream, strange stones, and peculiar trees’ as the signature of the Cangyun Stream landscape.
The scenic area is open all year round and accessible 24/7.
