Cangyun Creek scenic area is located to the north of Dulei Highway by Duhu Lake, to the south it connects to the lotus pond of Lianhuayuan, and is surrounded by lush mountains on the east and west sides. The total length of the stream is 1.5 kilometers. It is said that Sun Quan of the Eastern Wu Dynasty sent his servants to find this shortcut to facilitate his mother, Lady Wu, to burn incense and worship at Wulei Mountain. The scenic area is primarily characterized by its winding stream, the varying levels of its rocks, and its strange-shaped stones, highlighting the four main features of the Cangyun Creek landscape: ‘secluded valley, clear stream, grotesque rocks, and peculiar trees.’ The scenic area is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
