There are two lines of words engraved at the cave entrance. The upper line reads ‘Flying as a transformed crane’. The lower line is ‘Canhua Cave’. This adds a bit of mysterious charm to the Canhua Cave. On the rock wall by the pool outside the cave, there are still many cliff carvings, including inscriptions of ‘Keyan’ and ‘Cultural Brilliance Shining to the Stars’. These were carved in the 23rd year of Guangxu and have a history of over a hundred years. Open all year round and open all day.
