Central Plaza is located in the bustling North Wan Chai business district and is the third tallest building in Hong Kong. The building platform features pedestrian overpasses, connecting it to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and the MTR Wan Chai Station.
The plaza’s design is rich in modern artistic elements. The cylindrical columns at the base of the building are covered with green granite imported from Finland, and the lobby’s color scheme primarily features green and gold. Every evening, the neon tubes at the top of the 78-story building change color every 15 minutes. Different color combinations represent different times, functioning as a time-telling device, which can be considered a significant timepiece on Victoria Harbour. The plaza is open all year round, with full-day service facilities and accessibility services including accessible parking and accessible entrances.Must Read
