Chaliao Village, originally named ‘Chaliao’, is an ancient village deep in the mountains of Yongfeng Town, Linhai City. It is about 20 kilometers away from Linhai urban area. This ancient village has a history of more than 800 years. Chaliao Village has beautiful natural scenery and is famous for its ancient path, maple forest, strange pine trees and bamboo sea. Every late autumn, the maple forest with yellow, red and green colors, the verdant bamboo and the tall pine trees endow this place with strong poetic charm.
