The bridge is located at Gai Lanxi Green Pasture.

The bridge is a steel truss arch bridge with two main piers, and its main span reaches 552 meters, earning the title of ‘World’s First Arch Bridge’.

The bridge is divided into two levels.

The upper level is a six-lane dual carriageway, with pedestrians able to access the bridge via sidewalks on both sides;

The lower level is designed for dual metro tracks and has reserved two carriageways on the sides, ensuring the bridge can meet increased traffic demands in the future.

The bridge connects Wu Li Dian Interchange in Jiangbei District in the west to Huangjue Bay Interchange on the Yu-Qian Expressway in Nan’an District in the east, with a total length of 1741 meters, serving as a major east-west expressway in the main city.

It is open to traffic all year round, 24 hours a day.
