The Chaozhou Phoenix Dancong Tea Museum is based on the unique Chaozhou-style architectural features of provincial-level ancient villages. It makes use of its idle space in an activated way and is elaborately built. It integrates eight sections including the tea culture theme pavilion, the ‘old things’ theme pavilion, the ‘Song tea’ specimen theme pavilion, the Dancong tea experience pavilion, the Dancong tea research and education base, the Chao culture ‘master’ studio, the tea culture creative center, and the tea paradise. The exhibits mainly include items related to the planting, production, and brewing process of Phoenix Dancong tea collected from the people or donated by the people; representative academic research works; various cultural relics and collections. The treasure of the museum is a ‘tea king’ with a tree age of nearly 700 years – the Song tea specimen. The specific business status and opening hours are subject to the opening situation on the day.
