The Chen Fuliang Memorial Hall is located in Chenzhai Village, Tangxia Town. It is in Yinghe Park by the Wenruitang River. It is a five-room, three-story courtyard-style antique building with a total construction area of 2000 square meters. There is a bluestone memorial archway standing in front. In the courtyard, the circular disk sprays water, the winding corridors and the waterside pavilions are scattered in an orderly manner, creating an elegant environment.
