Introduction:
Changchun Temple is now the Beijing Xuannan Culture Museum. It is located on Changchun Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The temple gate faces east. There are the front hall, the main hall and the back covered building. Although there are renovations, the original buildings are basically complete.
Changchun Temple was built in 1592, the 20th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty. It was ordered to be built by Empress Dowager Xiaoding Li, the mother of Emperor Shenzong of the Ming Dynasty.
