The architectural design of the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum draws inspiration from the scale and proportion of the Taihe Hall in the Forbidden City, featuring symmetrical structures both horizontally and vertically.

The facade is divided into three distinct sections: a stone layer, a transparent platform layer, and a suspended multi-treasure pavilion, symbolizing the traditional concept of the harmonious balance of heaven, earth, and humanity known as the ‘Three Talents’.

The exterior brown copper-colored metal grille structure is derived from traditional architectural patterns and the form of antique shelves, seamlessly integrating traditional decorative elements with modern architectural frameworks. This results in a solemn and upright building that also exudes a sense of agility and permeability in its aesthetic appeal.

The museum is open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 to 16:30.
