The Chiyuan Bridge is located in Chiyuan Village, Sixi Town. It is a wooden arch covered bridge with diagonal bracing. In 1853, it was destroyed by floods and rebuilt in 1857. The bridge is 21.03 meters long, 4.27 meters wide on the bridge deck, 4.40 meters above the water level, 4.11 meters high for the bridge house, with a span of 9.50 meters. There are 8 bays and double eaves. Open all year round and all day long.
