Choi Hung Estate is one of the early public housing estates built in Hong Kong, located in Ngau Chi Wan, Kowloon. Ngau Chi Wan was also directly referred to as Choi Hung because of the presence of this estate situated to the north. Known for its unique design, Choi Hung Estate was honored with the Hong Kong architectural award – the Hong Kong Institute of Architects Silver Medal in 1965.
