The Chongqing Anti-Japanese War Drama Museum is divided into two areas, A and B. Area A is located in Kangjian Hall, while Area B is situated within Kuixing Tower at Linjiangmen, with a total usable area of nearly 10,000 square meters.
The museum is composed of three parts: the Chongqing Anti-Japanese War Drama History Exhibition, Kangjian Hall Theater, and the Drama Creation Experience Area. It is the only professional museum in the country themed around anti-war drama, and also the only one integrated and operated with a professional theater (Chongqing City Drama Theater).
The museum is open all year round from Monday to Thursday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00; and on Fridays and Saturdays, it is open from 10:00 to 22:00. The specific business status is subject to the day’s opening conditions. Performances are held every Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM.
