Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium is located in the core urban functional area of Longsheng District, Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing. It is the first professional football stadium built by Chongqing City and one of the largest professional football stadiums under construction in China.
Covering an area of approximately 303 acres, the stadium has a total construction area of 166,900 square meters and can accommodate about 60,000 spectators. The entire stadium is equipped with various functional areas such as the competition area, media and broadcasting area, commercial operation area, and spectator area, as well as over 2,000 motor vehicle parking spaces, supporting buildings, squares, and landscape greening, making it a fully functional and professionally configured venue. On March 15, 2022, the Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium project received the 2022 ISA (International Safety Award). The stadium was officially completed on December 28, 2022.
