The Haidian Christian Church in Beijing is located on the southeast side of Haidian Bridge, on Caihefang Road, and is a very modern church. The church covers an area of 4000 square meters, enclosed by 193 pure white columns, symbolizing the unity of the church, giving a very solemn and elegant feeling.
The architectural style of Haidian Church breaks with tradition, quite different from the image of churches we usually have, very design-oriented, standing nobly and gracefully. Its appearance looks like an open Bible, with a large white cross standing at the entrance, visible from a distance, glowing red in the night, which is fascinating. The entrance is a high flight of steps leading to the main hall, with seats arranged in a stepped pattern inside. On the left side of the building is the bell tower, where three pendulum European bells swing in the air at a height of 48 meters, with a distant bell sound. The church often holds regular activities, such as college students’ and youth gatherings, and there are grand celebrations during the Christmas season every year. Opening hours: All year round, Monday-Saturday, not open all day; All year round, Sunday 08:00-09:00, 10:00-11:00, 14:00-15:00 open.
