Christian Savior Church is a church established by the Church of England in Guangzhou, China, located at No. 184 Wanfu Road, Yuexiu District. In 1903, the Anglican Bishop of the Hong Kong and Guangdong Diocese sent Chinese pastor Mo Shouzeng to Guangzhou. In 1904, an office was established in a rented building, moving through various locations in Haizhu District such as Qi Xing Nan Yue, Dong Heng Street, and Nan Guan Fu An Li, where Titus School was also set up. By 1912, the church officially purchased land and constructed the Christian Savior Church with a construction area of approximately 1600 square meters. In 1960, several churches including Xinghua Baptist Church, Gaodi Church of the Methodist Church, Yue Hua Church of the True Jesus Church, Wenming Church of the Assemblies of God, Dama Station Gospel Church, Weixin Church of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and Nan Guan Church of the Seventh-day Adventist Church were integrated into this church. During the Cultural Revolution in 1966, the church was closed, and it was not until April 1985, 19 years later, that it was reopened, becoming the fifth church in Guangzhou to resume services. Currently, the church holds worship services every Sunday, divided into morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. The morning session starts at 9:00 AM and lasts until approximately 10:30 AM, primarily attended by middle-aged and elderly congregants, and conducted in Mandarin. The afternoon session begins at 11:00 AM and ends around 12:30 PM, catering to young worshippers and conducted in Cantonese. The evening service starts at 7:30 PM and is conducted in Mandarin. The church is open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00.
