It harmoniously integrates with the well-preserved historical village in the Pearl River Delta, serving as a multifunctional art and cultural center. It combines spaces for cultural exhibitions, libraries, rare book rooms, reading rooms, theaters, and art exhibitions, providing a new venue for the diverse cultural activities of the ancient village and playing a significant role in revitalizing the village and rural areas. In December 2023, Chun Tai Yang was selected by the global architecture media ArchDaily as one of the top 100 buildings of the year. Inside Chun Tai Yang, traditional cultural concept exhibitions and contemporary architecture and art exhibitions complement each other, with ancient books, scholar’s calligraphy, and contemporary art pieces standing side by side. On the basis of fully respecting the Lingnan local culture, it emphasizes connecting the past and the present, allowing culture and art to become pathways for self-reflection and life contemplation, offering every visitor insights into a good life.
