The Chun’an County Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army Northward Anti-Japanese Vanguard Memorial Hall is situated in Zhejiang Province. It is a place of historical significance that commemorates the efforts and sacrifices of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army during their northward march against Japanese aggression.
As per the information from the National Cultural Heritage Administration up to September 2020, the memorial hall boasts a collection of 122 pieces or items that serve as a testament to this period in history. The hall has also been proactive in engaging the public, having organized 2 educational activities aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of this historical chapter.
The Memorial Hall has been successful in drawing visitors, with approximately 60,000 people coming to pay their respects and learn more about the exhibits. It operates on a year-round basis, opening its doors to the public from Tuesday to Sunday, with visiting hours between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM. This allows a wide range of individuals to visit and gain insight into the history that the Memorial Hall represents.
