The Citizen Forest is located in Bachelor Park. It is on a small hillside. There is a small pavilion nearby. The Citizen Forest is divided into a north area and a south area. The north area centers around a thatched pavilion. The south area centers around the large lawn of Shuinan Half-Hidden.
