CiTong Park is located at the northwest intersection of CiTong Road and JinHuai Street in Fengze District, Quanzhou City. It is a district-level park for leisure and entertainment, covering an area of 3.67 hectares. The project was invested with 14 million yuan and started construction in 1995, completed and put into use in 1997. The park boasts a convenient location and excellent transportation, making it an ideal spot for rest and enjoyment.

The park makes full use of garden elements such as flowers, grass, trees, water bodies, architectural features, and topographical treatments. It combines natural and planned styles with the garden techniques of stacking mountains and arranging waters, integrating the characteristics of the times with traditional connotations, creating a garden landscape with an elegant and unique style. Particularly, the park uses plants to create scenes, with the historical and cultural city of Quanzhou’s symbol – the CiTong tree as the main species, supported by banyan, mango, and pot rack trees, integrating trees, shrubs, flowers, and grasses into one, achieving the artistic effect of plant scenery through rich spatial levels and colors.

The park is planned with scenic spots such as Jian Lian Qingyin, Mo Tan Yingyue, Ping Lang Chaoxu, Qu Shui Liushang, Shao Hu Guanyu, Kuang Ye Guimu, and Zhu Jing Tongyou, where strange stones have a unique charm, small features are vividly lifelike, flowers compete in beauty, green grass is lush and verdant, and streams are clear and transparent. The park is open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
