This is a classical theater where one can enjoy the traditional Liyuan Opera, originating from Quanzhou and known as the ‘living fossil of the Song and Yuan dynasties’, which has a history over 400 years older than Kunqu Opera. The theater hosts various performances periodically, some of which are public welfare events with affordable ticket prices and excellent performances, making it well worth a visit. It is open all year round from 09:00 to 17:30, with the actual show times being subject to the daily schedule.
