Coconut Island is located approximately 5 kilometers east of Lingshui County Town, situated at the mouth of the Lingshui River. It is a small island with an area of only 1 square kilometer.
Encircled by azure waters, Coconut Island is densely covered with coconut groves, offering a natural and refined scenery. To date, it remains an undeveloped, pristine island. Apart from the towering coconut trees, there is a limited variety of other plant communities on the island. The coconut trees here are each uniquely graceful, making it difficult to find any two with similar shapes. Though small, Coconut Island offers a tranquil experience. Strolling around the island, listening to the rustling of the sea breeze through the leaves, and walking on the small beach to feel the ocean waves, one feels as if they are in an idyllic retreat.
