The Communications Museum, under the jurisdiction of the Macao Post Office, combines cultural, scientific, and technological characteristics, making it an experimental and interactive museum. Opened on March 1, 2006, the museum is divided into two main exhibition areas.
The first floor, dedicated to postal and philatelic exhibits, showcases systems and technologies used in the development of long-distance communication, as well as stamp collections and postal equipment closely related to the history of the Post Office.

The second floor, the telecommunications exhibition area, is an extremely interactive part of the museum. In addition to displaying telecommunications equipment connected to the history of the Post Office, it features a wide range of scientific exhibits on themes such as electromagnetism, static electricity, direct current, telegraphs, and telephones, allowing visitors to understand the development of communication media and technology with cutting-edge science. The museum is open year-round from 9:00 to 17:30.
