The Comrade Kong Fansen Memorial Hall is located in the northwest corner of Dongchang Lake. In order to commemorate Kong Fansen, a model of leading cadres, and carry forward the spirit of Kong Fansen, on July 4, 1995, the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee approved the construction of the memorial hall, and it was officially opened on September 14. The memorial hall covers an area of about 10,400 square meters, and the building area is 1,400 square meters. The hall is 15 meters high, with a double-eaved shape and a corridor-style structure around it.
