The Copper Kettle Dripping Waterfall is located 2.5 kilometers northeast of Shiliang. It is a natural granite stone urn surrounded by cliffs. The urn is three or four zhang high, with several walls standing abruptly, much like an extremely large copper kettle. At one end of the kettle mouth, there is a large gap about 2 meters wide. The flying waterfall roars down like a silver dragon and rushes into the urn. Then it rushes out from the gap, forming a water column, spreading out like a cloth and pouring into the green pool, creating a magnificent spectacle. Therefore, it is called ‘Copper Kettle Leaking Waterfall’ and also known as ‘Copper Kettle Dripping Waterfall’. It is one of the ‘ten great scenic spots’ of Tiantai Mountain.
