The Crown Escalator, located at Lianglukou in Yuzhong District, is one of the characteristic modes of transportation in Chongqing, a city known for its hilly terrain. One end of the escalator connects to the Crown Building, while the other end leads to Caiyuanba Railway Station. The escalator spans approximately 112 meters in length and takes about 2.5 minutes to travel from one end to the other. The speed of the Crown Escalator is significantly faster than that of a standard escalator, coupled with a 30-degree incline, which provides a visually thrilling experience.
