The Cuilin Yunzhuang project is located in Dongmaojiazhuang Community, Jihongtan Street, Chengyang District, Qingdao City, adjacent to the largest artificial dam reservoir in Asia – Jihongtan Reservoir. The project site has a distinct location advantage, well-developed transportation, and is approximately 450 meters away from Jihongtan Reservoir. It boasts good environmental resources with National Highway 204, Provincial Highway 309, Provincial Highway 218, and Qingyin Expressway all in close proximity, making transportation connections very convenient.
This project is a rural paradise that integrates leisure and entertainment, travel and vacation, meetings and conferences, dining and accommodation, expansion bases, and youth study tours, as well as pastoral sightseeing, all created by Qingdao Cuilin Yunzhuang Ecological Tourism Culture Development Co., Ltd. The Cuilin Yunzhuang project was completed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of over 400 acres and invested 100 million yuan, which started in January 2017 and officially opened to the public on September 22, 2018.
The entire scenic area is planned to have five major functional areas: supporting service area, study practice area, expansion training area, pastoral amusement area, and forest resort area. I. Supporting Service Area. Mainly consists of ecological shaded parking lots, Cuilin Yunzhuang Hotel, visitor service center, ticket office, ticket inspection, and expansion camps. The ecological parking lot is both a shaded parking lot and a fruit and vegetable garden with distinctive scenic characteristics, covering an area of about 30 acres and built according to the national 4A-level scenic spot standards.
II. Study Practice Area. The ecological agricultural shed covering an area of about 7000 square meters, in terms of landscape design, is driven by creativity, using various fruits, vegetables, and planting for landscape construction, vigorously developing creative agriculture combined with handicrafts, and creating a unique sightseeing and leisure space. It grows seasonal fruits and vegetables, and can hold picking activities in different seasons, plant science popularization study activities, while also having the educational function of study tours.
III. Expansion Training Area. This area mainly includes existing sports fields and professional expansion bases, offering a variety of expansion experience projects. The base will conduct professional expansion training, team building, conference activities, and host sports events targeting primary and secondary school students as well as various enterprises and institutions.
IV. Pastoral Recreation Area. The entire area is composed of multiple projects such as One-Mu-San-Fen Land, Tire Paradise, Bamboo Forest Labyrinth, Peach and Plum All Over the World, Lawn Camping Area, Water Wheel Paradise, Ant Underground City, Barefoot Paradise, Frolic Tribe, Treetop Boardwalk, and more. The One-Mu-San-Fen Land project is managed by farm staff according to the traditional 24 solar terms of China, planting various vegetables and crops.
Free tickets are available for children under 2 meters (excluding 2 meters), Chinese seniors aged 70 and above (with senior citizen card and ID card), drivers and escorts of travel agency groups, tour guides (with practice qualification certificate and itinerary of the day), travel agency managers (with practitioner qualification certificate), journalists (with press card issued by the Press and Publication Administration), and active servicemen in China (with officer’s card or soldier’s card), and people with disabilities (with disability certificate). Tourists who meet the conditions for free tickets must be led into the park by a tourist who has purchased a full-price ticket. When entering the scenic area, they need to show their relevant certificates and verify for admission. One full-price ticket is limited to bringing one person who meets the requirements for free tickets. Preferential policies: Children with a height of 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters) to 1.4 meters (excluding 1.4 meters), and elders aged 60 (including 60) to 69 years old can purchase discounted tickets with their second-generation valid ID cards and senior citizen cards.
