Cuiping Mountain Scenic Area is located in Hongyan Village, Sanjiao Town. The main attractions include the Dinosaur Footprints, the Song Dynasty’s anti-Yuan ancient stockade – Lianhua Baozhai, the wonderful geological spectacle – Stone Body and Human Face, the magnificent Danxia landform – Hu Mountain’s Cliffs, as well as Lianhua Lake, Chuanfeng Cave, and Sanjiao Stone. The scenic area is also equipped with a Science Popularization Exhibition Center, 3D Cinema, Interactive Experience Room, and camping area for leisure and experience. Additionally, there are配套设施 such as the Fossilized Wood Original Site Protection Pavilion, Science Popularization Pavilion, 3D Painting Wall, Parent-Child Expansion Area, and Viewing Leisure Area. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 all year round.
Preferential policies for children: Children aged 6 years old (including 6 years old) or under 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters) in height enter for free; children between 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters in height pay half price; visitors aged between 6 years (excluding 6 years) and 18 years (including 18 years) pay half price.
Elderly: Visitors aged 65 years old and above (including 65 years old) enter for free; visitors aged between 60 years (including 60 years) and 65 years pay half price.
Military personnel: Active-duty military personnel, retired military officers, revolutionary martyrs’ families, families of soldiers who died in public service, families of soldiers who died of illness, disabled soldiers, and demobilized soldiers from war (free tickets for direct relatives only including parents, spouses, and children) enter for free.
Firefighters: On-duty and retired firefighters, disabled fire rescue personnel, and fire rescue academy students (with valid identification) enter for free.
Disabled individuals: Disabled individuals with a disability certificate (including one accompanying person for visually or intellectually disabled individuals and individuals with first or second-level physical disabilities) enter for free.
Journalists: News journalists with valid identification issued by the National Press and Publication Administration or the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television enter for free.
Students: Full-time undergraduate and below students with a student certificate (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan youth visiting with valid travel documents such as the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents and the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents) pay half price (excluding adult education institutions).
