The Cultural Center is located in the heart of the new city area, with an investment of nearly ten million yuan in its construction. It features a theater, an Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum (on the 4th and 5th floors), a dance hall, a concert hall, training classrooms for various art forms, practice rooms for musical instruments, meeting rooms, reception rooms, archives, costume rooms, dressing rooms, and offices. It essentially meets the needs for carrying out mass cultural activities.
In terms of equipment, the Cultural Center boasts advanced and comprehensive indoor and outdoor performance equipment, electronic information equipment, modern technical equipment, musical instruments, and transportation facilities. Particularly notable are the indoor and outdoor performance facilities, which are among the largest in the city. It includes an indoor theater, an outdoor performance stage of nearly 400 square meters, and state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and effect equipment, as well as over 1,000 sets of performance costumes. In recent years, it has been responsible for various large-scale cultural performances in Quanzhou City.
