Dahuoquan Park is located in the northwest of Xingtai City. It covers an area of more than 800 mu and is one of the famous eight scenic spots in Xingtai. Originally, it was a pool with a circumference of a hundred steps and a depth of about ten feet. The spring water is crystal clear and transparent. At a glance, the bottom can be seen. When the water volume is large, the main spring is like boiling water.
It is magnificent and colorful. Silver flowers are boiling. Countless springs are like pearls rolling on a jade plate and flowing continuously. The trees in the park are lush and the flowers are competing for beauty. The artificial lake is sparkling and inlaid in it. The rocks of Shuangqiu Mountain are towering. It is green in spring and red in autumn. The Guo Shoujing Memorial Hall is located in the beautiful Dahuoquan Park in Xingtai City, Hebei Province. It covers an area of 50,000 square meters and a building area of 4,700 square meters. At present, facilities and scenic spots such as the bronze statue of Guo Shoujing, the observatory, four exhibition halls, the astronomical observatory, and the youth popular science activity room have been mainly built.
