Daishan Island is the second largest island in Zhoushan. The island and the sea depend on each other and is located at the estuary of the Yangtze River and Qiantang River. The island is rich in tourism resources. The main scenic spots include Moxin Mountain, Houshayang Beach, Yanwoshan Mountain, Shuanghe Mountain, Penglai Park and so on. There are two things that must be done on Daishan Island. One is cycling on Daishan Island, and the other is camping to watch the starry sky and sunrise. Under Lulan Mountain in the north of Daishan Island, Lulanqingsha Scenic Area is one of the ‘ten scenic spots of Penglai’. It is a natural large seaside bath and beach activity center. The entire scenic area is composed of Lulanqingsha Beach, Xu Fu Pavilion, Niuluo Mountain and Haitan. Lulanqingsha Beach is about 3.6 kilometers long and runs from north to south. The sand color is iron gray. The sand is fine and hard. Cars can drive on the beach and it is known as the ‘ten thousand steps of iron plate sand’. There is a starry sky tent hotel on the beach. Staying overnight on the beach in a starry sky tent here, equipped with sleeping bags, camping lights, slippers, power supplies and other facilities, it is safe and comfortable. Opening the curtain, you can look up at the starry river. Nesting in the tent, you can watch the sunrise. It is very pleasant. Cycling on Daishan is cycling along Yanhang Line. This is a coastal red professional cycling path. On one side are layers of green mountains, and on the other side is the island style with blue waves rippling. Cycling aimlessly here, you can see all the mountain and sea scenery in your eyes.
