Dalu Island is located on the Pishan Ocean surface southeast of Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province. It is mainly composed of Dashan and Xiaoshan of Dalu. They are collectively called Dalu Island as they are connected by shoals. It is 4 nautical miles from Zhantai Wharf. Usually, people start from Yuhuan, take a car to Zhantai, and then transfer to a cruise ship to go to the island. There are not many tourists on Dalu Island on weekdays.
Sitting by the coast at night to watch the stars and listen to the ebb and flow of the tide is very quiet. There are no lights around the island. Only the lighthouse light looming on the distant sea surface is very artistic. This is a small island suitable for vacation. You can go back and forth on the same day or stay on the island. The main scenic spots and most resort hotels are near the wharf, where you can solve the problem of food and accommodation. It is recommended to stay at Ludaoshanzhuang. In summer, you can also play with water and sand at the seaside bath, which children like very much. There are mainly two tourist routes on the island. One is to circle the island along a path (about 4 hours), and the other is to climb to Luding Cave at a higher place on Dalu Island. Walking along the path around the island, you will find that many reefs by the sea are carved into various animal and human forms. The famous scenic spots include Five Hundred Arhats, Shouxingyan Rock, and Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea, which are a major attraction of Dalu Island. From Luding Cave, you can overlook the scenery where the sea and sky meet, and it feels very open.Opening hours: From January 1st to December 31st, 07:30 – 17:30.
